Founding ProVest in 1991, Scott Strady is credited with successfully building client relationships and skillfully steering the company's strategic initiatives. With more than 2 decades of experience in the mortgage foreclosure industry, Strady's early career focused on mortgage foreclosure services, which led to the formation of ProVest. His vision is to continually advance ProVest's size and scope, leveraging technology and innovation to secure ProVest's position at the forefront of the process service community. Under his guidance, ProVest has evolved into an enterprise that delivers optimal service offerings through sophisticated technical solutions.

Jim Ward

Jim Ward

Chief Executive Officer

ProVest's Chief Executive Officer, Jim Ward, is responsible for oversight of the organization and working with colleagues to define strategic business directives. Before assuming his current role, Ward served as ProVest's President. With more than 20 years of management and systems consulting experience, previously he was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting and IBM Business Consulting where he provided leadership on strategic global service accounts and focused on enhancing his clients' competitive positions and operating performance, while reducing overall costs.

Bill Monaghan

Bill Monaghan

Chief Financial Officer

Bill Monaghan, Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for managing the company's financial divisions, including accounting, financial planning, treasury and shared services. Bill's wealth of experience includes serving in strategic financial positions with local multi-national companies. Prior to joining ProVest, Bill was Sr. Director of Accounting at Catalina Marketing. Bill is a graduate of Rutgers University and holds an MBA from Colorado State University.

David Filer

David Filer

Chief Information Officer

David Filer, Chief Information Officer, David leads the technology teams and has complete ownership of and accountability for the establishment and execution of enterprise-wide technology needs, operational delivery capabilities, and ensures its strategic alignment with all business strategies.

He brings more than 20 years as an innovative technology and operations executive with proven success delivering enterprise growth and sustainability. David’s previous work experience includes roles as a technology and operations executive at Nielsen, J.P. Morgan, and FCM where he designed large scale operational delivery models supporting private equity carveouts.

David graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and an MBA. He is certified in multiple disciplines across Lean, DevOps, and Agile.

Neil Heath

Neil Heath

Senior Vice President, Operations

Neil Heath, Senior Vice President of Operations, delivers a depth and breadth of experience in the default and creditors rights service of process space. As one of the first employees, Neil joined ProVest in 1992 as a Client Services Production Manager. He went on to obtain his process server license in and for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit as well as his “C” private investigators license in the State of Florida. In addition to Neil’s organizational responsibilities as a Client Services Production Manager, he physically filed cases at the courthouses and served papers for ProVest, affording him a unique perspective from both an operational and process server point of view. This insight was instrumental in his contributions to the evolution of the operation. Neil has been pivotal in the development and expansion of new geographic markets, including the Midwest and West Coast. In his current role, Neil has taken on operational and client oversight of ProVest’s Creditor Rights service of process practice. Neil is a member of the National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAAPS) and is a member of the United Trustee’s Association (UTA).

Carl Turro

Carl Turro

Senior Vice President, Operations

Carl Turro, Senior Vice President of Operations, has more than 24 years of experience in all aspects of the process service industry. Originally joining the organization as a Production Manager, in 2007 he was promoted to Vice President. His responsibilities involve operational and client management for the Eastern US, including Florida, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, the Mid-Atlantic States and South Carolina. Turro also provides oversight to the Data and Investigations, and Foreclosure Sales Attendance business departments. Turro is a “C” licensed Private Investigator in Florida and a former special process server in Florida’s Sixth Judicial Circuit.

Kelly Boatenhammer

Vice President, Human Resources

Kelly Boatenhammer, Vice President, Human Resources leads the Human Resources team by connecting the link between human capital and ProVest business strategy. Kelly joined the ProVest team in 2019 and brings over 20 years of proven experience in the design, implementation and execution of Global Human Resources initiatives. Kelly’s previous work experience includes HR leadership positions within the Aerospace and Engineering industry at L-3 Communications, CACI International and Belcan Government Services. Kelly graduated from the University of South Florida in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Education and is certified as a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) and a Human Capital Strategist (HCM).
